FFXI OC Ragns' stuck in the old ways...

Some background... About 4 years ago Rivern sites were capped at lvl 40.

This was problematic if you were, say lvl 60 and only had lvl 60 gear!

(FFXI strips your clothes off if you/re in a lvl 40 only place and only had lvl 60 gear back then.)

Thus, you made runs through this area nekkedly!


But that's not the case anymore.
